I am doing a fundraiser and have paypal set up so they can pay as friends and family. The first couple worked with no fees attached; however, now the last few have been deducted with fees. Can you explain why this is happening?
How are you requesting the money and what instructions did you provide to the senders ??
If people are send money to you as Friends and Family, no fees if they use funds from either their bank account or PayPal Account Balance. If they use a credit card as the funding source, there are fees.
If someone selects Goods and Services, there are also fees.
If you setup a Donation button or link, there are fees.
