Fees??

I have 2 sisters on my cell phone account- they both pay me their portion of the bill via paypal monthly...or every two months-

with one sister there are no fees

with the other sister I get charged a fee!

Why? How do I avoid fees?

When someone sends you money and they choose the Goods and Services option - you are charged a fee - normally 2.9% plus $.30 each time.  Seems one sister is using the Friends and Family option (no fee) while the other sister is selecting Goods and Services (fee).

One is sending via friends / family but via a CARD which is charged.

The other is sending the same way but via bank transfer or funds in their paypal balance.
