Family & Friends option dissapeared

Hello, the option to send money to friends & family disappeared from my account,do u have the same problem or what happened to my account? Thanks for your help.. k.

Sounds very odd - assuming you have a US PayPal account - first do you have a Personal or Business account ??  (we need a place a starting point ..)

I have personal account and made 8 transactions by that option to send money to my friend that lives in US,I'm from Czech Rep.

You may have abused th family/friends option for payment.

How many goods/services payments have you made?

I've made 8 payments to my friend that lives in US and I'm from Czech rep., I've never sent money to anyone else by PayPal.

So either used to too much or transferring funds out of your coutnry is no longer an option. 

After you make some sales the option may return or maybe wait a month and try again.

PayPal does not charge fees for friends/family transfers so they will be limited.

You'll probably need a service such as MoneyGram or Western Union now.

Actually it has a really bad currency fee when I'm transferring money and also it charges 4% everytime I send money even it says it should not charge me anything..the same it is with western union..I will see if it comes back again or try to send them an email for explanation? Thank you for ur help!
