I have recently looked at my paypal account and it says I have made a pre approved payment to Europe ebay sarl. The thing is my pp account is at zero p so where have they deducted the money from? Have they automatically taken this pre Pproved paynent from my bank or what? if they have it is going to put me overdrawn or bounce. It says the pre approved payment is completed but how is hat possible when I didnt have the money in my pp account or bank account and I have not got any overdraft. If they have put me overdrawn I will be charged!!! can someone please explain where tbey got this pre approved money from being cuase I cabt seem to tell where they took it from but like I said, the payment says completed. please help thanks.
