Error when I try to ''Link and confirm debit or credit card''

Hello,

I have a problem when I'm trying to ''Link and confirm debit or credit card'' I'm getting this message:

''The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience.''

I checked my info and card number, everything matches. I can use my card for online purchase too. Please help.

Sorry to hear about the trouble adding a card. The process to add a card with PayPal is automated. If you see that error message, then another card will need to be used. I apologize for any inconvenience.
