I'm trying to send money to a friend. I enter the email and select the amount and I just get an error message that says payment cannot be processed at this time and if the issue persists to contact customer service. Not sure what I need to do here. Please help
Did you perhaps login somewhere else within the last 24 hours?
i get this problem from time to time. Sometimes I need to use my PayPal at work, and I've found that if I login at home and then try logging in somewhere else later in the day, I get denied.
In every case, I waited 24 hours and didn't have a problem. If you need it cleared immediately, you should email customer service.
