The report that I've requested and downloaded in order to see my activity is blank. Has this happened to anyone? I've tried several times, requesting a report spanning 12/2017 through 2/2018, and each time, the excel sheet is blank. Can't get through to Paypal when I try to call, and do not receive call backs from them.
This new report feature is TERRIBLE. I won't be using Paypal anymore for my business, but would like to get my account activity from the last few months.
Here's another option - Download or export your Transaction History:
* Login to your account. * Click "Activity" * Under "Simple" "Detailed" * Click on "Statements" * Click on "Activity export" * Select "Custom Date Range" * Select your "From" and "To" Dates * Under the Format drop down - Select "CSV" * Click "Create Report" * When the report is completed - click "Download"
What this process does is export your history to a CSV file, you can then use an app like Excel to sort, view, create and print your own reports.
