Hi,
So I made this 1 payment in May 2017.
However, when I check my downloaded PDF reports, this same payment shows up in June & July (same amount).
I am sure I only paid this person once. It was not recurring. The 2 faulty ones also DO NOT show up on the online activity report, only the downloaded PDF report.
Why is this same payment showing up 3 times in my downloaded reports and on different dates? (I.e. May 2017 was legitimate, but the June & July ones weren't).
I can't do my accounting like this when the downloadable reports show incorrect details of things that didn't happen.
Edited to add: They also all share the same payment ID.
