I recently bought an item off of PacSun, when I checked out i got an error saying the link was expired or something to those lines. So when i redirected and checked out again it went through to my surprise. Moral of the story i got charged twice and only recieved one confirmation email. So when I went to the pending charge in my paypal it did not let me cancel the transaction, what should I do?
