Denied purchase from Qvc

Even though QVC DECLINED MY PURCHASE USING MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT THE 260.00+$. I wasn't returned the money to my credit/Der

Can take up to a week for it to hit your card account (paypal say allow 30 days) but i have never waited longer than a week.
