I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to find the number for support, and I'm happy to get you pointed in the right direction!
Please click Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page, then Contact customer service, then Call us. You will have the option to log in for a validation code and get the number, or click Call as a guest to get the number without the code, and complete validation during the call.
You can also click Email us instead of Call us to send a message to support via webform, or you can reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
