But I can't make payments for some sites that have Curaçao on my account. Paypal scurity blocks this because Curaçao ≠ Netherlands Antilles.

Yes, they do have credit card payments, and they work.
But on Paypal purchases they give 30% discount. So I'd rather use paypal, thank you.

Well, you don't have the option to use PayPal for now.  Don't know what else you were expecting. Nobody here can force PayPal to update their service offerings.

Even Venezuela is in the list. They do not have toilet paper but he they can receive pay pal payments.

PAYPAL: we need this ASAP.

Buy & Sell accounts for Curaçao (CW). Been 7 years, no sign of movement.
Lot of ecommerce businesses on the island, enough reason to prioritize this.

People can't wipe theirs or buy toilet paper in Venezuela, but they can buy & sell on paypal. Doesn't make sense.
