Commission payment mistake.

i was getting a commision for a painting from a well respected brazil artist, and i accidently made the payment to look like he was shipping me something. that could cause some serious problems and i don't want him to get in trouble for MY mistake. what do i do?

There are 2 kinds of payments-friends and family AND goods and services.

If it is a business transaction,it should be goods and services and he would be charged  a fee by Paypal.
