Does anyone know how you load supporting documents when you submit a claim?

The dispute stage is where you provide as much info as possible, once its been escalated to a claim then you can only upload documents if paypal ask for them. Have they asked?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
