I tried to report a problem into Resolution Center because i have no eBay or PayPal cases against me and i have paid my seller fees but give me this error: "The following Transaction IDs are not valid" I think i am charged enough for eBay and PayPal fees, PayPal exchanging for currency conversation etc. |
