Any help from those who have recovered from PayPal Limited Access Account?

Hello! My account was limited yesterday and I can't withdraw money. A month ago I have uploaded the necessary files (the national ID card and the CC statement), but I didn't receive any reply from Paypal requesting any additional files needed or with any update that they lifted limitations. My card isn't confirmed but I was able to withdraw money until now. Is this also a problem that led to the limitation? But I tried to confirm it when I added it, and I received the error saying "the card is not accepted". Also, I noticed that I didn't complete the fax document step. Is that a part of the process too?

Anyway, why don't they say clearly what is the problem with my account or the submitted files, by sending me an email? They limited my account without saying what's wrong and this is very frustrating!

Contact PayPal customer service, only they know exactly why they limited you account, however, it does seem like they needed to verify your identity to confirm that you are the owner of the account.  Perhaps you should add another card they will accept and confirm it.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thanks, of course I have send them emails, but all I get is automated messages. And from what I saw here, people complain a lot about this matter, even calling them seems to not help them. The only solution is to wait 180 days to be able to withdraw again? What if I lose my money until then?

You have to reply to the automated response if it does not solve your problem by restating your issue in order to get a customized reply when contacting via email.  This is how they manage the customer service work load as some questions could be answered by FAQs type answers thinking people didn't bother to look there.

When I say 'contact', I mean calling them to speak with an agent.  Emailing back and forth is perhaps for less urgent issues.

If they gave you the 180 days option that means PayPal no longer want to do business with you.   They hold the money in case any chargebacks or reversals occur.  You will be notified by PayPal when you're able to withdraw.
