Cant confirm my debit card

When i get the code on my online bank account and write it in the "confirm card code" it says that its not valid and i tried like 3 times to get new codes but still not working and now i dont have the field for the code and how can i get my money back from the confirmation

Contact customer services and ask them to re-set it for you so you can be re-sent another code.

Click on contact bottom of paypal pages and use the phone option.

Im from Bulgaria and my english is not very good 😕 is there any other method to contact them
