Cant Withdraw Funds HELP Pls

Hi,

I tried withdrawing funds from Paypal to my bank account but I cant proceed because I cant click the 'Continue' button. But I can click the 'Keep My Balance' beside it. Why is this?

Emailed Paypal but 1 week passed, no reply.

Please help.
