hello. can you please help me. i cannot withdraw my funds. paypal support said it was a problem with my bank. i opened an account in a different bank and i got another card. i tried to remove it and add it again, old vesrion of withdrawal form, but nothing works. please help.
OK well if you post on the U.S forum and are NOT in the U.S then it would be helpful to say where you are.
Paypal is country specific with differing rules and policies per country so if you don't say where you are then we are wasting our time giving you advice for the U.S.
Try customer services instead.
