I have a payment method listed on the Paypal website; yet when I try to purchase something online using my preferred card, it says that I need to add a payment method, because I am missing one. Every time I click "Add," it says processing, and then does nothing. I cannot get past this screen. My card has more than enough money left on it. Why can I not get past this screen?
