Security Hold on my PayPal $ to my debit card

I had my old address as the card billing address. I corrected it and now Its on hold for 72 hrs??? All the info is right but yet I'm being told their 'hands are tied' its complete BS. Excuses is all ive heard. Anyone have this problem??
