I made a UPS Express Shipping label to Canada, on the UPS website, on Jan. 9th. This cost me $132, and I payed thru Paypal. The label was never scanned, and the payment was stuck on the "Pending" status. Now, Paypal Help says to just click "Unclaimed" to cancel the payment, but I cannot find that option, and whenever I try to void the transaction, it says, "Sorry - This action cannot be completed." How do I cancel this pending payment ASAP?
