Can't use Paypal on Ebay

Hi guys, I just tried to buy something on Ebay and pay via Paypal but it said " To pay using PayPal, direct debit or a credit card, you must live in the same country as the seller. Please select a different payment method." two points, never seen this before and both I and the seller are in the UK.

Me too, I'm a frequent buyer and all of a sudden this message started showing up. Very odd.
