Hello there friendly people from the interwebs.
My name is LouisW and today something really terrible has happened to me. I have made some money by selling some of my graphics works. As some of you know who are into graphic designing, this does take a while. I have been paid by several customers and I was happy about the money and I was ready to spend them. I did buy some Google Gift Cards without any problems, exactly 3 hours later I tried to buy another card, but this time it didn't let me. It gives me the following message when I try to do a purchase.
"We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service."
I do have a sufficient balance and sending it to other people also doesn't work. My friend suggested me to update my adress (have moved since I created this PayPal), which I did. Also added a Credit Card, but nothing seems to happen.
I am wondering how long I have to wait, and if waiting is even an option rightnow.
