Can't receive money - "Your recipient is not able to receive funds at this time."

Hi. I am quite new to paypal. Ive bought few stuff using it and it woeked fine. I never had to recieve any money so far. By the curtiomstances i need to recieve few euros from my friend and he gets the message in the title when trying. It just turns out that my old card expired this month and ive putted new card info, but still no luck. Thank you in advance.

Is your paypal account set up to accept euros as well as your own currency?

If i change that under manage currencies then no, there is no option for Bosnian KM

Jesi li riješio problem druže jer i ja istu muku mučim trenutno. Pa ako jesi da mi kažeš šta je rješenje.

Jesam, preko message centra. Ides na help-message center i posaljes im poruku sta te zeza. Meni su odgovorili za nekih 2-3 sata i sve automatski napravili. Eng: I did fix it, via message center. Go to help-message center and open a support ticket. I got a responce in 2-3 hours saying that they fixed it.
