Can't check out at Bass Pro Shop

I'm trying to buy some plastic soft baits at Bass Pro Shop.

I can't use Paypal to check out because I get an error message:  

"There are items in your cart that do not meet the terms outline in Paypal Acceptable Use Policy"

Huh??  I order plastic baits from Academy by the 100s using Paypal

Any ideas on why I have this problem with Bass Pro Shops?
