When im trying to pay, sometimes it works, but then I can't pay to anyone else for the rest of the day, like there is a cooldown. Even time I try to, an error pops up, saying: We cant send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. Normally I just wait about a day before I try again, but yesterday I paid someone, and I waited until today to pay someone else, and the error kept persisting. I don't know what to do.
