Today i was sent money by a survey site with whom i have received money from before however when i click accept i am greeted by the following error.

g54kudW

Now i have tried clearing my cookies and saved data aswell as switching to firefox and microsoft edge however nothing seems to work and i am always redirected back to the following error. My account is verified and has been able to accept payments like this in the past with no worries. It's been about 4-6 hours now. As far as i can tell my account is in good standing, with me being able to both send and receive other funds.

Hi iNaist,

Normally this error is caused if the sender does not accept the currency that the payment was sent in. If the payment was sent in a currency you don't accept, you'll need to add it before you can claim the payment. Here's how to update your currencies:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Money or Wallet at the top of the page.
  3. Click Manage Currency.
  4. Choose the currency you wish to add.
  5. Click Add Currency.

After doing this, you simply need to claim the payment. I hope this helps!
