In my balance I have over $200 and I'm trying to pay for items on OPSKINS.com and whenever I go to checkout it doesn't allow me to choose balance as an option it just defaults to a prepaid card I used months ago that has virtually 0 dollars on it. I've tried to switch my preferred payment method over 30 times and I never get the option to change it to balance. But, recently I connected to Spotify subscription to my balance with ease. I'm trying to figure out why I can add my Spotify subscription, but I can't buy anything with my balance straight up. I have no bank linked, or any real credit or debit cards to linked to bank accounts. I have one prepaid card that's empty. Any help would be highly appreciated.
