Can i send and receive money from unverified paypal account

I opend a paypal account for my personal use . Its not a business account . I have verified my email and us phone number . But i havent attached card/bank to my account . So i want to know that can i send and receive money from other  paypal accounts ? i will send or receive small amounts such as 20 dollars or something around it . Will i get blocked?  

My another question is is heared that unverified accounts have some send/receive limit . What is the sending/receiving  amount for  this limitation?

You can but note that there are limits to unverified accounts.  You can see these limits by clicking "See how much I can spend with PayPal" link on the Summary page.

I could not locate the link to check limitation . I searched all the pages of my account
