Provided they send in the correct currency that you can accept then yes.
There is no real personal account anymore they have merged with premier accounts and you can sell and receive payments on a personal / premier account.

I sent them an invoice and when they went in to pay they could not click on the pay by credit card link. Is there another way they shoudl do it? They do not have a Pay Pal account.
