Can I pay in Patreon.com without a Credit Card?

I don't own a credit card but i have dollars in my paypal account, and every time a want to support someone patreon ask for credit card :c

If there is no option for PayPal, then you need to select from available options.

There is an option on Patreon to "Pay with PayPal". But, just like CarolinaManiac, when I click on it I'm only given the options to pay by credit card (or in my case it also lists my checking account). I'm clicking on "Pay with PayPal" because I want to pay with PayPal.

I have plenty of funds in my account, so why can't I pay with PayPal?

Try selecting PayPal balance in your wallet as the preferred method, then attempt your transaction again and see if it pays with your balance.

Is Patreon storing card details to later use it for.. (don't even want to imagine for)? 

Why I can not use just paypal?

Patreon pushes to strong to get my credit card (even if I do not have one). Same with social security number.

As a part of PayPal requirements for recurring subscriptions, your PayPal account will need to have an instant funding source (such as a credit card) attached to the account. If they do not have this, then you will not be able to utilize PayPal as a funding method on Patreon.

With that in mind, how things work with PayPal transactions is that they always first attempt to use your PayPal balance, and then, if that has insufficient funds, they use whatever funding instrument (e.g. a bank account, or a credit card) you selected when going through the PayPal pop-up flow on Patreon.

This whole flow is dictated by Paypal, and isn't something that we can change currently. Down the line, we hope to provide even more options for patrons to pay creators on Patreon.
