Check the details of your PayPal Credit statement details. If you don't get a statement by mail, then download the PDF statement from your PayPal Credit account.

That answer does not help. I'm talking about knowing what my payment will be before I actually decide to spend $2,000 and put that on my PayPal credit card. I want to know ahead of time

For a future purchase, you'll need to look at PayPal Credit terms and do your own calculations based on the pubished interest rates and how you want to pay.
Don't get too excited, however, about using PayPal Credit as it willl only be offered at time of pruchase for the very best customers with highest credit scores. Unless you meet all of the very tight requirements at time of purchase the offer will not be available.

Before I try to use my PayPal credit card on a large purchase can I call the customer service line and find out first if I'm eligible for that? So even though my statement says I have $2,200 available to use does that mean that may not be available?

Correct. It is not likely available for a large purchase. You generally need to develop an excellent PayPal Credit history before you qualify for a large purchase.
Consider your current financial situation. Is your credit score above 800? Are you using less then 4% of your avaialable credit card credit? Do you other loans? Will your income support high loans?
PayPal will evaluate multiple factors at time of purchase. If you have an excellent credit score PayPal would offer you the PayPal Credit purchase at time of pruchase even if you hadn't applied in advance.
When all good factors come together it will be offered at time of purchase. For security reasons PayPal customer support willnot provide details about the risk factors.
