I have a PayPal account I never use I received a payment from a client for services and the money has been cleared for use but I don't know how to spend it I had previously linked a prepaid debit card to this account and was wondering if I can just use that card now or if I have to first transfer the PayPal balance to the prepaid account then I can use the card or is it okay to use it since it's already linked?
