Buyer completed checkout, payment made on 3/5/18. Payment being processed though Paypal, but when check Paypal activity there is nothing showing a payment being made or processed.
Go and find the transaction in your “my ebay” > click to the right where it says sell similar > don't fill in anything just scroll down to the payments section > look in the paypal box > is the email addy in there correct with no spelling mistakes? If so then it would have been wrong on your finished auctions so come back for more advice.

I had recently changed my Paypal email address. I did as you instructed and the old email was showing. I deleted the old one and added the new. Hopefully this was the problem. Thank you for your advice.

Someone gave me advice on what may have been the problem. I had recently changed my Paypal email address, but had not changed it on my Ebay account for Paypal. I was able to add the new email address so hopefully this corrects the issue. Thank you for replying.
