On May 12 I purchased a shirt for $39.99 5EY37627T7248772G. I closed the case by mistake and would like to re-open it. The shirt is not like it was in the picture. The color is not even close to what it was described. I am willing to mail the shirt back for refund of $32.99 The se;ller keeps avoiding me. They sent generic messages and that's all that they did. Please help me getting my monet $32.99 back.I closed the cae before the shirt arrived and didn't see it. Now that it's here I realized that it was a mistake to purchase it. I am wkilling to mail it back or to toss it in trash. I want my money $32.99 back. I am retired and that is money to me. Thank you for your help <Removed>

I have the same exact problem. Is someone on Pay pal stealing? There is really no way to contact Pay pal security. @rhythm_banditwrote: Buyer completed checkout, payment made on 3/5/18. Payment being processed though Pay pal, but when check Paypal activity there is nothing showing a payment being made or processed.

Voided shipping labels. It seems that I do not get paid back for my voided shipping labels... Are we being ripped off or does it take a long time to get the refunds back?
