Likely the only way is if you have a valid bank account in common with your PayPal and Electrum accounts. withdraw to bank from your Electrum and then add money from same bank to your PayPal account
There are ways and not too, Like there is no way to direct add bitcoins to PayPal using PayPal system, but fortunately there are some websites who offer this type of services to get your bitcoins to PayPal etc.
