Evidently I started a PayPal account several years ago. I am now just wanting to use it to receive money from someone. Why do I have a balance in there? How can I find out where that came from? No one answers the phone at PayPal - I just keep having to push other options that they don't recognize. How do I make sure my employer has everything he needs to send me money to my account?
Is it safe for me to transfer money over to my bank account from PayPal?
