Evidently I started a PayPal account several years ago. I am now just wanting to use it to receive money from someone. Why do I have a balance in there? How can I find out where that came from? No one answers the phone at PayPal - I just keep having to push other options that they don't recognize. How do I make sure my employer has everything he needs to send me money to my account? Is it safe for me to transfer money over to my bank account from PayPal? Thanks
