I am a new customer to Paypal and I joined when I bought my HTC Vive because of the benefits of Paypal Credit. I applied for Paypal Credit and was approved for a $3,000 line of credit. However having bought nothing other than my HTC Vive on that line of credit, leaving $2,400 or more on the line still, I can't purchase anything on any website, I've called Paypal twice, verified public record information so on so forth and the best answer I've gotten is "It's a security issue, and it has to do with the short period you've been a customer." I can't verify my information with them, I can't get a distinct informative response as to why there is a security issue.
Please help me out here! Whats the point of a line of credit you can't use? How are they going to keep new customers if new customers can't buy anything?
