Hello! So I recieved about $580 in order for me to be able to purchase something off of Amazon, and I am unable to see any of my activity or transactions? I have the balance of the money but it doesn't show any of my previous money recieved or anything. Is there a reason for this? Is anyone else having this issue?

This issue is still happenening - even worse I contacted paypal directly and the rep said he had has not heard of the issue. This is absolutely pitiful for the amount of money they make off these transactions

Yes, I can see my history there, but the problem for me is that I can't use Paypal's Return Shipping feature.  When I click on that, there's a blue button which says "Show My Activity" to find the charge.  When I try to do that, it takes me back to the "new" site and it doesn't show my activity for the year.

mine are even weird, i pay for my shopping with few bucks from my balance and the rest from my credit cards.

seller claim the payment was not made, while i dont have a notification nor the transaction appear on my history as well.

but the balance has already gone.

and no, i cant see the statement even from old paypal web

any idea about this issue? is it possible if my credit cards was decline?

should i try to pay again? i dont want to pay double

It seems like the system is down and our transactions are backed up. From different thread I know that it make take at least 3 hours to display.

still an issue as of March 29th, 2018.  no record of a transaction in "activity" over an hour after I got an email.  absolutely infuriating.  I hope someone sues you for creating confusion that will lead to fraud.
