I filed a claim but forgot to put in that I already tried to cancel the seller, so I cancelled it, but I can't make a new one now. Is there any way to fix this?

Not really as you are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction.
BUT your best bet is to contact customer services by phone and see if you get a sympathetic Agent that will re-open it for you.
Failing that if you funded your paypal payment via a CARD contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
