How do I accept an offer that I previously turned down? Seller offered me 50% refund which I turned down. To get a full refund I have to return the merchandise to China! Thanks for any help.
The obvious would be to contact the seller again.
Did the seller make the offer directly?
Was this part of a PayPal dispute?
