59exception 'PayPal\Exception\PayPalConnectionException' with message 'failed setting cipher list'

PayPal runs fine with my LocalHost but failed with this error message in Godaddy Windows LIVE Host. This error throws up after this PHP statement - 

try {
$payment->create($paypal);

} catch (PayPal\Exception\PayPalConnectionException $ex) {

Technical issues like that can be very frustrating. I recommend opening a ticket with PayPal Merchant Technical Support. They will be able to help. 🙂
