So I try to withdrawl over 500.00 but says I reached monthly limit. Asks me to go to view limits and then click lift limits...however, I am fully verified with card and bank, and it says limits have been lifted. Obviously they havent been. Help!
Suggest contacting customer support for assistance, they can look at your account. (There are situations where additional proof of ID is asked for even though you have linked and confirmed both a bank account and credit card.) Although a big challenge, it's better to speak with a person rather than do email. You'll just get robot responses as they are not really looking at your account half the time.
