Withdrawl Pending for 3 business days and no mail

Hello,friday night i requested to withdrawl my money to creditcard .

Since then ,its still pending and i don't know what's the problem

I haven't recived any mail,not even the default one that comes automaticly when you withdrawl funds

Is there something i need to worry about?

I am seriously thinking of leaving paypal ,because this has happened before [i once waited 7 days for my withdrawl to show completed ,and 3 extra days to arrive to my credit card]

So can someboy explain what the ... is going on with paypal lately?

I am  a costumer for over 1 year , verified account, all limits lifted ,all identity checks made ,so why is this happening?

Is this how you thread your costumers ?

All we can do is suggest you contact customer support with your concerns.  As this is a member to member help group we can't look at user transaction details or account setups.  (Sounds like you don't have a US PayPal Account becasue US Accounts are limited to withdraws to Bank Accounts, request a paper check or use a PayPal Debit Card.)

I emailed paypal with the same thing,i was just hoping someone from staff would see this post also,since costumer support responds in literally 1 week after i send a mail.

And no,i am not from US, i am from Romania , i was trying to withdrawl to my credit card[visa] which i used for over 50+ withdrwals  ,not bank account

I don't know what the **bleep** is thei're ploblem...i see alot of costumers complaining about withdrawl ,but they do absolutely nothing....

Same to me. Have you solved it ? 

I called them after 60 hours, and they canceled the withdrawal. It had status reversed. So I withdraw again.

Now it is still pending after 10 hours.

Really don`t know why this is happening. I guess I only have to wait up to 72 hours and hope all to be good.

Yeah i solved it,i sent them an email. they didn't reply at all,but after 8 hours one of my withdrawl was "Completed" , the other one stood "Pending" for more then 24 hours .

I now got a part of my money to my cc,the other part i think [and hope ] it will be in my cc tomorrow

I had the same problem with my last 2 withdrawals, they were kept on pending for 72 hours(working hours) ,after many emails back and forth with customer support solving nothing, the withdrawals were released(marked as completed ) and money on theyr way. Does anyone knows how long this "ugly" situation will persist?

My funds are now held for more than 72 hours. I made the withdraw on 30 april and now there are few hours delayed after their own Terms and Condition limits.

I called them twice, and today I sent an email to the customer support and I'm thinking to write a claim to EU Consumer Protection to report this.

 

My employees had to be paid on Friday, this is quite inappropiate and it drags me in a awkward situation. I am extremely frustrated.

 

I adivse anyone who got their funds held for more than 72 hours to write claims to authorities, this is unacceptable.

Has your problem solved out?? I am thinking to call the support center on monday to see how it goes... I really need the sallary, to pay my bills and rend for the apartment ....

 

Same hear i have requested a wridraw on the 30th april their local time (mine was 1st of may) and it is still pending .. I am also a verified user adn only receive the money as sallary.. I never had such a problem with pending (Usually it took 1-2 hrs for the pending status to change to coplete) and now i dont know wath is the problem .. Hope it will solve out on monday .. Dear paypal please sort this problem out!! We are good clients that trust in you and never had any complains!!

No Valeriu, my issue haven't been solved yet. The funds are still in pending. I make plenty of transactions every months(few thousands $$) with my account and I expect PayPal to treat me well. I will escalate this to European authorities and will think of other payment processing solution to replace PayPal.
