please can someone help me cause i cant receive money.Everytime someone tries to send me a payment to my personal accout it is shown to her that the receiper(me) cant receive fund.SHe (me) should set up the profile.

i live in albania.She has a premier account .she also live in albania but has wrongly written as her home country malasyia.
