I do not have a credit card (poor credit history). I have a bank account attached to my paypal and it is verified. When trying to make purchases it gives me the error message: "You must add a credit card to complete this purchase. Some payments, like instant and immediate payments, require a credit card."
Not only that, but when attempting to link my paypal account to my blizzard account, it gives me the exact same message. I'm not even trying to make a purchase, I'm just trying to link the account. If a credit card is 100% necessary for making some online purchases, then would it be possible to add a secured credit card to paypal?
