"An error occurred during processing. Please try again."

I have been having this issue now for the last 24 hours when trying to send a payment via paypal. It doesn't matter who I am sending the funds to (I have tested sending funds a few different accounts) and it doesn't matter if I am sending the funds in US$ or AUD$, but this error occurs each time.

 

The only changes I have made to my account are that I changed my secondary bank account to draw funds from due to changing banks recently and having a new savings/transaction accoutn setup.. My main account still remains the same though.

 

What would be causing this issue? I am needing to sort a payment out on something fairly quick and this is the only method that I can use for it. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I am receiving the same error when ever I receive an invoice, or have to send payment.

 

An error occurred during processing. Please try again.

 

Please advise?
