Hi every one new on here and fairly new to eBay, I set up a PayPal account little over a month ago I don't sell on eBay I just buy. everything was working fine the day before on ebay/paypal I went to purchase something the following day, put in my PayPal password and it wouldn't work? Can any one help with this my visa card still works every where else I.e shops and ATM's but just not paypal I emailed them 3 days ago with no reply, I've been using PayPal/eBay quiet alot since I open up my acounts could this be the issue?
